Kim is the owner of Katura® Day Spa and skincare line named Kanéi (Kani) Skincare by Katura® that is the foundation of Katura®, She has 6+ years' experience as an Esthetician, trained and experienced in a variety of advanced skincare modalities, Laser Technician and a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. She is not new to the beauty industry, her passion for this industry goes back over 30 years, when she started her career as a hair stylist in the Maryland area. To broaden her skills and passion, she went back to school at Aveda Institute for Esthiology. Her dream was to own a Day Spa. After retiring from the IT and the marketing field, she decided to follow that dream by opening up Katura® Day Spa, shortly after moving to the Charlotte, NC area in 2016. Another passion of hers is Interior Design as you'll see once you visit our location, the best kept secret in Charlotte!

Nica is an experienced Licensed Esthetician with 5+ years in this industry, Wax Specialist and a Licensed Instructor with the NC Cosmetics Board. She has a passion for Lash extension, full body and facial waxing, makeup application as well as specialty skincare and wellness service to give you an amazing experience. Nica has been a team member for over 3 years.

Khalia a Licensed Aesthetician and Registered Medical Assistant skilled in Advanced Facials, Ingredients, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Sugaring and Waxing. Her focus is corrective skincare and passion for aesthetics started as she worked 5 years in a Primary Care office alongside some amazing doctors. Khalia combined her knowledge as an RMA + Aesthetician to cater to your skincare needs. Khalia has been a team member for over 2 years.
